Cinderella Pumpkin Seed produces an ornamental novelty pumpkin. This variety produces deeply ridged, flattened fruits weighing 25-30 lbs. The smooth skin is deep orange, while the thick, sweet flesh is moist and similar in texture to custard. This pumpkin is exceptionally good when prepared and eaten as a winter squash, but also lends itself well to pumpkin pies and uniquely shaped jack-o-lanterns.
