We ship as fast as humanly possible! Every single morning we all come into the warehouse with one goal in mind - get your stuff out the door quickly. We use calculated shipping. That means the closer you are to our Livonia, Michigan warehouse, the cheaper the shipping is going to be. If we had a nickel from every person in CA or OR asking why their shipping cost was so expensive we could actually offer free shipping on everything (what??).
We cannot offer free shipping on items that are marked as calculated shipping at checkout. Sorry in advance. We keep those prices as low as possible on the item, and then the shipping is what the shipping is. Most carriers charge based on weight and distance, therefore, if you put a heavy item in your cart (50# bag of fertilizer), and you live on the back of a mountain in Oregon, it's going to be expensive to ship to you. You might find the same product from another site closer to you that charges more for the product, but less for shipping. Just a thought.
We do not allow local pickups at our warehouse. We are not a retail business, we are a warehouse in a business park, zoned commercial, and not insured for retail customers. You come into our warehouse and we run you over with a forklift, our insurance may not pay you off. That would be bad, so we decided rather than risk it, we just don't allow local pickups. Sorry. It's not that we don't like you, it's just that we don't like you in our warehouse.
We offer a 30 day return privilege. That's really, really nice. Any item purchased can be returned within 30 days of ordering.
Okay, here comes the mean part: We are unable to do exchanges. If you ordered the wrong item, send back the wrong item as a return and place a new order for the correct item. Once you receive your item you should carefully and immediately inspect it for damage or other defects, as we'd like to know about damage or defects within seven days. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method. If the item you bought had FREE SHIPPING, and you want to send the item back to us, we will deduct our actual shipping charges, or 15% restocking fee, that we incurred to send the item out to you from your refund. Remember, it costs money for shipping boxes, packing materials, shipping equipment, labor, etc.
ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE IN BRAND NEW, RESEALABLE CONDITION. Any item not returned in new condition may not qualify for a refund, or if it does will incur a 50% fee.
Any item received for return after 30 days will be disposed of, and no refund issued. If you think you are pushing the end of the thirty day return privilege, please contact us first to discuss.
