- **Mung Bean:** Mung Bean sprouts offer a mild and slightly nutty taste. They are a fantastic source of protein and are often used in Asian cuisine for their crunchy texture and flavor.

- **Adzuki:** Adzuki sprouts bring a nutty and sweet flavor to the mix. They are rich in protein, fiber, and antioxidants, offering both taste and nutritional benefits.

- **Garbanzo:** Garbanzo sprouts have a slightly nutty and savory taste. They are a great source of plant-based protein, making them a valuable addition to your sprouting mix.

This Protein Bean Sprouting Seed Mix offers a well-rounded array of health benefits. It combines the protein content of Green Pea, Mung Bean, Adzuki, and Garbanzo sprouts, making it an excellent choice for those looking to boost their protein intake through plant-based sources. These sprouts are also rich in fiber and essential nutrients, promoting overall well-being.

**Growing Instructions:**

1. **Soaking:** Begin by soaking the seed mix in water for about 4-6 hours or until they plump up.

2. **Planting:** Spread the soaked seeds evenly on a sprouting tray or a container with drainage holes. Ensure there's ample space between the seeds.

3. **Rinsing:** Rinse the seeds thoroughly with cool water twice a day. Drain excess water to prevent mold or bacterial growth.

4. **Germination:** Place the tray or container in a well-lit area with indirect sunlight. Sprouts will start to appear in about 3-4 days.

5. **Harvesting:** When the sprouts reach your desired length (typically about 2-3 inches), they are ready to harvest. Use scissors to cut them just above the roots.

**Culinary Uses:**

The Protein Bean Sprouting Seed Mix is a versatile addition to your culinary repertoire. Incorporate these sprouts into salads, stir-fries, wraps, and Buddha bowls to enhance their protein content and add a delightful crunch. Whether you're a sprouting enthusiast or a beginner, these sprouts are an excellent way to boost the nutritional value of your meals.

Enjoy the plant-based protein goodness of Green Pea, Mung Bean, Adzuki, and Garbanzo in our Protein Bean Sprouting Seed Mix. Elevate your dishes with the added nutrition and flavor of these sprouts and make them a regular part of your healthy eating journey!

These are mild tasting, crunchy very good with whatever your favorite salad dressing is. I like Asian Sesame dressing. I think they would go. great in an omelet too. Some seeds seemed to take longer than others to sprout though but I love them and will grow more
