Cosmos Bipinnatus Dwarf Red Seed are perfect for people who want to incorporate the beautiful Cosmos flower into their garden, but don’t want 6 foot tall blooms. This dwarf variety will reach anywhere between 2-3 feet when mature. While they are wildflowers, they are one of the most popular for cutting due to their beautiful colors and delicate appearance. These blooms are vibrant red shades, with petals spiraling out from a sunny yellow middle. These annuals are perfect for any garden, working as a backdrop for smaller flowers, or the main attraction.

Cosmos are one of the easiest plants to care for, but they do need full sun in order to thrive. Since they’re native to the Southwest regions of the United States, they’re able to thrive in drought-like conditions, but also do well in well-watered, loamy gardens. They’re very persistent flowers, continuing to layer bloom after bloom starting in summer until the frost hits. In addition to looking beautiful, they also attract hummingbirds and butterflies, and look great as cut flowers and extended blooms as well.
