**Product Description:**

Elevate your salads and sandwiches with our Salad Sprouting Mixture, featuring a delightful combination of Broccoli, Mustard, Alfalfa, and Cabbage sprouts. This blend not only adds a burst of flavor but also introduces a diverse range of nutrients to your culinary creations.

**Features:**

- **Broccoli Seeds:** Broccoli sprouts offer a mild, slightly peppery taste and are known for their rich nutrient content, including vitamins A, C, and K, as well as fiber.

- **Mustard Seeds:** Mustard sprouts bring a zesty and tangy flavor to the mix. They are a good source of antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals.

- **Alfalfa Seeds:** Alfalfa sprouts provide a mild, nutty taste. They are packed with essential nutrients, including vitamins A, C, and K, as well as calcium and iron.

- **Cabbage Seeds:** Cabbage sprouts contribute a crisp and slightly sweet flavor. They are rich in vitamins and minerals, particularly vitamin C and potassium.

**Health Benefits:**

The Salad Sprouting Mixture combines the goodness of four sprouts, each offering unique health benefits. From antioxidants to vitamins and minerals, this mix supports overall well-being and adds a delightful crunch to your meals.

**Growing Instructions:**

1. **Soaking:** Begin by soaking the seed mixture in water for approximately 4-6 hours until they become plump.

2. **Planting:** Spread the soaked seeds evenly on a sprouting tray or a container with drainage holes, ensuring adequate spacing.

3. **Rinsing:** Rinse the seeds thoroughly with cool water twice a day. Drain excess water to prevent mold or bacterial growth.

4. **Germination:** Place the tray or container in a well-lit area with indirect sunlight. Sprouts will start to appear in about 3-4 days.

5. **Harvesting:** Once the sprouts reach your desired length (typically about 2-3 inches), they are ready to harvest. Use scissors to cut them just above the roots.

**Culinary Uses:**

The Salad Sprouting Mixture brings a medley of flavors and textures to your dishes. Incorporate these sprouts into salads, sandwiches, wraps, and stir-fries to enhance taste and nutrition. Whether you're a seasoned sprouter or a novice, this blend offers versatility and vibrancy to your culinary repertoire.

Experience the fusion of Broccoli, Mustard, Alfalfa, and Cabbage sprouts in our Salad Sprouting Mixture. Elevate your meals with the goodness of sprouts and make healthy eating a flavorful adventure!

    Tasty and delicious

These are great sprouts for salad or any other type of use for lettuce. My only complaint is that one of the seeds does not sprout in the same amount of time so when the sprouts are 'ready' I find that one type of the seeds is still solid. I tried soaking for longer to get a better result but it was the same. Otherwise, would be a 5 star.
