Funny story behind this mixture - we were putting together a batch of our famous salad mixture when after a while someone noticed that they had grabbed Alfalfa instead of Clover.  As they say, the rest was history!

  Tasty and delicious

  These are great sprouts for salad or any other type of use for lettuce. My only complaint is that one of the seeds does not sprout in the same amount of time so when the sprouts are 'ready' I find that one type of the seeds is still solid. I tried soaking for longer to get a better result but it was the same. Otherwise, would be a 5 star.
