If you placed an order with us, and need to return that order, you have a 30 day return privilege in which to do so. Once 30 days have passed, that return privilege no longer exists and all sales become final.
How to return:
- You can refuse delivery by telling the delivery person you no longer need the package and instruct them to return to send.
- For USPS – If the item has already been delivered, DO NOT OPEN THE PACKAGE, but cross off your delivery address and write RETURN TO SENDER on the package, and place it in any mail receptacle, or drop it off at the post office. For any other delivery service, you will most likely need to pay return shipping costs if you do not intercept the delivery person to refuse.
- All return expenses are the responsibility of the purchaser.
- Product must be returned unopened and in resellable condition. Our products are considered food items and, for safety reasons, cannot be returned once they have been opened. Opened product will be disposed of and no refund will be issued.
- Todd’s Seeds reserves the right to deduct our outbound shipping expense from any issued refund amount.
- Todd’s Seeds reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of 15% on the refund amount for returned products.
- Any questions regarding returning seeds or what your potential refund amount might be should be asked prior to sending any seeds back.
Most issues can be prevented before placing your order. If you have any questions about what you are ordering or the outbound shipping cost, please don’t hesitate to contact us before placing your order to avoid any issues.
When you add items to your cart, you can enter your shipping address and get a shipping quote. If you proceed directly to PayPal or Amazon Pay, you may not see the total shipping cost until after the order is placed, due to how these systems work. We do not offer free shipping, so a shipping expense will always be incurred. Please make sure you understand the total cost of your order before paying to avoid any surprises.
