    These are my new favorites! I could throw the other seeds I have away because I just love these so much!! Instead of greens for my salad, I use these sprouts. I also use the broccoli sprouts because they’re so good for me but I really, really LOVE these!

    takes a full week for all seeds to mature.let them soak in water for 2 hours before you use them.
