**Product Description:**

Elevate your sprouting game with our Kale Sprouting Seed Mix, featuring the delightful combination of Red Russian and Premier kale varieties. These nutrient-packed sprouts are not only delicious but also brimming with health benefits.

**Features:**

- **Red Russian Kale:** Known for its tender, slightly sweet leaves and purple stems, Red Russian kale adds a unique flavor to your sprouting mix. It's rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.

- **Premier Kale:** Premier kale is revered for its vibrant green leaves and robust flavor. It's packed with essential nutrients, making it a nutritional powerhouse.

**Health Benefits:**

Kale is renowned for its health-promoting properties. It's a fantastic source of vitamins like A, C, and K, along with minerals like calcium and iron. These sprouts are rich in antioxidants and may support overall health, including immune function and digestion.

**Growing Instructions:**

1. **Soaking:** Begin by soaking the kale seeds in water for about 4-6 hours or until they plump up.

2. **Planting:** Spread the soaked seeds evenly on a sprouting tray or a container with drainage holes. Ensure there's adequate space between the seeds.

3. **Rinsing:** Rinse the seeds thoroughly with cool water twice a day. Drain excess water to prevent mold or bacterial growth.

4. **Germination:** Place the tray or container in a well-lit area with indirect sunlight. Kale sprouts will start to appear in about 3-4 days.

5. **Harvesting:** When the sprouts reach your desired length (usually about 2-3 inches), they are ready to harvest. Use scissors to cut them just above the roots.

**Culinary Uses:**

Kale sprouts add a fresh and slightly nutty flavor to salads, sandwiches, wraps, and smoothies. They can be enjoyed as a topping or as a main ingredient in various dishes.

Enjoy the goodness of kale sprouts with our Kale Sprouting Seed Mix. Whether you're a seasoned sprouter or a beginner, this mix will elevate your sprouting experience with its exceptional flavor and nutritional value. Incorporate these vibrant sprouts into your daily meals for a healthy and delicious boost!

Kale Seeds - Almost TOO Excellent - LOL

Posted by Sarah on 13th Oct 2014

This is the first time I've sprouted kale seeds and I had a whole jar full of sprouts in less than a week. They were Excellent for juicing. Unfortunately I spilled a few seeds while putting them in the jar and some rolled under my coffee maker and also a few bounced into the coffee maker drip tray. I didn't realize this until sprouts started appearing out from under the coffee maker and out of the drip tray! I think I'll put the seeds in the sprout jar with it in the sink next time.

This is my first time sprouting kale seeds. I soaked them overnight and they were starting to sprout the next morning with a very high germination rate. I grow kale in my garden right through the winter here in SC, but have never grown red Russian kale. I think I'm going to sow some of these seeds in the garden.
