If your order is placed prior to 2pm Eastern time, it might ship the same day, worst case, it’ll ship out the very next business day. Most orders arrive in 2-4 days depending on the size of the order, and how far you are from our Michigan warehouse.
We do not offer exchanges. If you want to exchange a product, it must be returned, and you can place a new order.

We want to point out that we suggest insuring any return packages as if they are lost, we cannot process the return.
Returns must be unopened and received within 30 days of the order date.
Unopened returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee based on the product’s purchase price. Shipping is not refundable.
Opened returns will be disposed of without processing.
Once an order has shipped, there is no way to update the shipping address.

If you need to update the shipping address in your account, click on the “My account” link in the menu, access your account and update your address.
Once an order is shipped, you should receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and tracking link. You can use this link to see the delivery status of your order.

We only ship to US addresses. The only time we ship outside of the US is for large, pallet size orders. Those orders need to be sent to us for quotation along with your shipping address.
We will then calculate the cost of sending the bulk seed to you. Each type of seed will require a Phytosanitary Certificate and each order may require a Certificate of Orgin. We will explain to you the exact cost of your order prior to collecting payment.
Orders shipped outside of the US must be paid with a wire transaction, no credit cards, no terms.
Once the order has been finalized and paid for, arrangements for its shipment will be made.

We do our best to ship your entire order in one box. However, if your order approaches the box’s limit, it is very possible that your order will ship in more than one box.
