Don't like to get too wet

Posted by Sam on 30th Jan 2023

These radish sprouts grow well as long as they don't get too soggy. If I rinse them more than once a day, they get too wet and become rancid. I've thrown several of my sprouts away. Otherwise, they grow well and taste great. They do have a spicy flavor.

    radish seeds

This is the first time I've tried radish seeds other than in a mixture. I soaked them overnight and they were starting to sprout the next morning. I looks like a VERY high germination rate.
