**Growing Instructions:**

2. **Planting:** Spread the soaked seeds evenly on a sprouting tray or a container with drainage holes, ensuring adequate spacing.

3. **Rinsing:** Rinse the seeds thoroughly with cool water twice a day. Drain excess water to prevent mold or bacterial growth.

**Culinary Uses:**

The Broccoli and Friends Sprouting Seed Mix adds a dynamic array of flavors and textures to your culinary creations. Incorporate these sprouts into salads, sandwiches, wraps, and stir-fries to enhance taste and nutrition. Whether you're a seasoned sprouter or a novice, this blend offers versatility and vibrancy to your dishes.

Weā€™ve tried a lot of different sprouting mixes but this is by far our favorite. The right blend of spice, flavor, and texture.

    all of the sprouts

Posted by Troy on 6th Aug 2020

The amount of sprouts that come from 1/4 cup of these seeds is insane. Almost all of them sprout, and theyā€™re ready to eat in 3-5 days depending on how big you like them. Iā€™ll definitely be buying again!

    Great seed mix

Posted by David on 30th Jun 2020

So glad I started sprouting with these seeds. I've found them to be remarkably consistent as far as their germination rates, and the taste of this blend once sprouted is pretty great. I love the spiciness of the radishes- adds a little zest without being overpowering. One thing I love to do with these is to put them on a toasted wholegrain english muffin with some hummus on it. Great healthy small breakfast or snack. Of course, they are also ideal for smoothies.

    Excellent variety!

Posted by Patricia Curry on 30th May 2020

This is my first order from Todd's. I wanted broccoli seeds as the main component with a few other seeds for variety. These fit the bill. I bought 3 pounds since there was no extra shipping charge for that amount and I know they keep very well in the refrigerator. I am pleased with the germination, the ease of sprouting with my lids for wide mouth Mason jars, and certainly the taste!

My first order from Todd's and overall happy with the seeds. Great, fast germination. The radish sprouts are pretty spicy. I will need to get something else to try next time.

I found my new favorite microgreen sprout!

Posted by Kevin on 8th Jun 2019

I have been sprouting broccoli seeds for quite some time. When needed to reorder, I decided to make a change, I tried the Broccoli and Friends mix this time and I am so glad that I did. They taste wonderful and I'm amazed how fast they are growing, and with hardly any duds.

    Healthy and easy!

Posted by Kris Wieland on 4th Apr 2019

This is my second purchase of this sprouting mix. I love it because it has a high germination rate and produces great sprouts. All of the seeds in this mix sprout at about the same time. In four days I have a small tray full of sprouts from a teaspoon of seeds. Iā€™m getting lazy in my old age and like the convenience of tossing a handful of sprouts in with other veggies for a quick salad, rather than chopping up a head of lettuce. They are also a nutritious addition to sandwiches and just about anything else you want to add them to. And the best part is that they provide higher levels of vitamins and antioxidants than most other greens.
