This is my very first attempt at growing microgreens. I knew that they did better in soil but I did not like the idea of having to wash them off and cleaning the soil off the roots so I placed a clean washed cheese cloth over the top of the soil then misted the entire surface before seeding them in my recycled plastic food container. I am attempting to send a photo of them at 3 days.

Because they are so tiny and delicate, germination rates are important to microgreens producers.
